Reaching five purchases is a clear indicator of strong satisfaction with your brand, and a reward at this stage helps build emotional connection and long-term retention. It's a great opportunity to reinforce habits and turn regular customers into true brand advocates. Fifth order campaign widget *** ## How to Set Up Log in to your Gameball Admin Dashboard. Click **Add Reward Campaign**. Select the **Fifth Order** Template. Configure your campaign's audience, rewards, and other settings. Click **Set Live** to activate your campaign. *** ## Campaign Trigger The campaign trigger fires when the customer places **5 orders** on your platform: * **Action:** Place Order * **Times:** 5 Fifth order trigger setup This template uses the standard reward campaign setup. Gameball automatically triggers the reward. The customer receives the reward immediately (points, discount, badge — based on your setup). The customer is notified via the widget or email, depending on your configuration.
