# How Do I Set Up Tenth Order?

Rewarding customers for completing ten orders is a great way to celebrate loyalty and strengthen long-term relationships. ## How to Set Up

    Click **Add Reward Campaign**.

    Select the **Tenth Order** Template.

    Configure your campaign's audience, rewards, and other settings.

  <Step title="Set Live">
    Click **Set Live** to activate your campaign.

## Campaign Trigger

The campaign trigger fires when the customer places **10 orders** on your platform:

* **Action:** Place Order
* **Times:** 10

## How It Works for Customers

    A customer places **10 orders** after the campaign is activated.

    Gameball automatically triggers the reward.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Customer Receives the Reward">
    The customer receives the reward immediately (points, discount, badge — based on your setup).

## Important Notes

<Note>
  **New Orders Only**

  Only customers who place ten new orders **after** the campaign is activated will be rewarded.
</Note>

<Note>
  **No Retro Rewarding**

  Orders placed before the campaign is activated will **not** be counted. The customer must place **ten new orders after activation** to receive the reward.
